Corrections Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time contract position for an experienced Nurse Practitioner in a corrections setting. You will provide primary care to an adult male population, primarily older patients with multiple chronic conditions. The role emphasizes clinical engagement and continuity of care with minimal administrative burden.

Clinical Setting

• Corrections facility in Union Grove, Wisconsin
• Focus on steady, clinically engaging work with adult male patients
• Patient population includes older adults with multiple chronic conditions

Schedule

• Full-time position with consistent schedule
• 26-week assignment
• Choice of 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient and/or Family Practice experience strongly preferred
• Corrections experience ideal but not required
• Long-term care experience also a strong fit for this patient population
