Corrections Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time contract position for an experienced Nurse Practitioner in a corrections setting. You will provide primary care to an adult male population, primarily older patients with multiple chronic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to focus on meaningful clinical work with continuity of care and without the administrative burden often found in traditional healthcare settings.

Clinical Setting

• Corrections facility
• Adult male patient population
• Focus on older patients with multiple chronic conditions

Schedule

• Full-time, consistent schedule
• 26-week assignment
• Choice of 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• In-office position in Plymouth, Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient and/or Family Practice experience strongly preferred
• Corrections experience ideal, but not required
• Long-term care experience also a strong fit for this patient population
