CNA(Certified Nursing Assistant)

We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our professional healthcare team. You will provide direct patient care across diverse settings including home care, long-term care, acute care, sub-acute care, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, and assisted living facilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while assisting with daily activities and personal care needs.

Clinical Settings

This position is available across multiple care environments: home care, long-term care, acute care, sub-acute care, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

You will assist patients with one or more of the following on each shift:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Plan, cook, and serve meals according to specific dietary restrictions
• Assist with transportation for errands, doctor's visits, and outings
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition
• Document patient care activities accurately using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification
• Dementia care experience
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to commute to Cape Cod, MA

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Employment Type

Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, and PRN positions available. You will have the option to choose one or multiple shifts each day.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
