CNA Day Shift 6a-6p - Certified Nursing Assistant

The Communities of Wildwood Ranch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with the nursing team to assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships and maintaining their dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety.

Schedule

• Day shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide assistance with meals and hydration
• Obtain and document vital signs and other assigned information
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA certification or eligibility to work as a CNA in Missouri
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care experience
