CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care support in a clinical setting. In this role, you will work alongside licensed nursing personnel to assist patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, grooming, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will utilize basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills, and recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to licensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery
• Support patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe patient environment
• Apply basic infection control procedures
• Assist with basic nutrition and fluid intake
• Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately
• Document patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current, valid, and active Certified Nursing Assistant certification as applicable in your state of employment
• Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of education
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care or LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) experience
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
