CNA ( Certified Nursing Assistant)

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care at Waters of Kingsport in Maryville, Tennessee. In this role, you will work with residents in a long-term care setting, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and support positive resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate patient care to residents
• Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality clinical care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Support residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a long-term care facility. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Schedule and Shifts

Full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling options:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate in Tennessee
• CPR certification (required or must be acquired before hire)
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
