(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant

The Mansion at Brigham in Newburyport is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on the 3 to 11 shift. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents in our long-term care community, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents with mobility and transfer assistance, including walking, wheelchairs, and scooters
• Provide vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and incontinence care as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or needs to the nursing team
• Participate in care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
