CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant / PRN

Greenville Gardens is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a PRN basis to provide direct resident care in our long-term care facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team committed to compassionate, quality patient care with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned in accordance with facility policies, procedures, nursing care protocols, and safety regulations
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care
• Verify resident identification before administering nursing care or serving food to ensure appropriate care is provided to the correct resident
• Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water, and within resident reach
• Complete other related duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant certification program or hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a certified nursing assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class
