(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant | PER DIEM

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts at our long-term care facility in Lansdale, PA. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a geriatric setting.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a rehabilitation center and long-term care nursing home environment, serving an older adult population.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or currently in the process of becoming certified
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered care

Schedule and Shifts

• Per diem employment
• Available shifts: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Monday to Friday (every other week)
• Weekends only options available
