CNA Certified Nursing Assistant, Part Time, Up to $20.11

Lewisburg Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting Part Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our nursing team at our skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ronceverte, West Virginia. In this role, you will provide direct personal and nursing care to residents, supporting their dignity, comfort, and quality of life while working alongside a compassionate interdisciplinary team.

Clinical Setting

Lewisburg Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility serving residents who require post-acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of each shift
• Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan
• Facilitate and conduct resident activities
• Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents
• Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center
• Perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required
• Create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents and ensure their needs are met
• Ensure that resident food service needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
• Maintain resident documentation records for activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms
• Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, quality improvement programs, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards
• Attend and participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance quality of care
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate up to $20.11 per hour
