CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Mission Park Healthcare Center, a 5-Star Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Santa Barbara, California, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct patient care to residents. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates and experienced CNAs to join a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with basic care needs
• Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans and implement treatment interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification
