Aurora Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Medical-Surgical Orthopedic unit (IU 4 Center). In this role, you will provide basic, quality patient-focused care in a clinical setting under the daily direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will perform delegated patient care tasks that support a holistic care environment where patients and families are treated with dignity and respect.
Clinical Setting
- Medical-Surgical Orthopedic unit at Aurora Sinai Medical Center
- Work under the supervision of Registered Nurses
- Patient-focused care delivery in accordance with state regulations and standards of practice
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under RN supervision
- Perform delegated tasks in the patient care setting
- Support a patient care environment that treats patients and families holistically with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort
Schedule
- Full-time position, 36 hours per week
- Third shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend and holidays required
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.80 - $31.20 per hour
- Base compensation determined by qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and training
