Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents. This position offers flexible scheduling with shift differentials and daily pay options.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of care to residents
• Understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
• Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Responsible and eager to work

Schedule and Shifts

• Flexible scheduling available
• Second Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Third Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Weekend Baylor Program available

Compensation and Bonuses

• $1,000 New Hire Bonus
• $1,500 New Hire Bonus for Evening Shift (limited slots available, July only)
