(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant

Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in our 510-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Brooklyn, NY. This is a union position offering competitive compensation and flexible pay options.

Clinical Setting

Boro Park Center is a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility serving residents who require ongoing healthcare support and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Provide personal hygiene care including bed baths and shaving
• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
• Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
• Make beds and maintain residents' living spaces in clean and tidy condition
• Transport residents within the facility
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work as a team member

Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate of $21.39 per hour
• Additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts
• Daily Pay option available through a trusted third-party provider for faster access to earnings
