Job Description
Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team in a full-time position. As a CNA, you will provide essential support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and coordinating care services in accordance with individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans
- Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake
- Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with performing assigned work
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all verbal, written, and electronic communications
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
