Clinical Nurse Manager - Ortho Spine Institute Operating Room - Days

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Ortho Spine Institute Operating Room. This full-time management position offers the opportunity to lead nursing practice, staff development, and operational excellence in a specialized surgical setting.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will have 24-hour accountability and responsibility for your assigned clinical areas, including professional nursing practice, professional development and education of staff, performance improvement initiatives, fiscal and human resource management, regulatory compliance, and creating an environment that promotes customer loyalty among patients, families, physicians, and employees.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 27/4 department responsibility model
• Full-time position

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Illinois RN license
• CPR BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an appropriate clinical setting
• Demonstrated competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Previous management experience

Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $50.64 - $78.49
• Pay rate determined by expertise and years of experience
