Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the Radiation Oncology Clinic. In this leadership role, you will serve as a frontline member of the nursing leadership team, working Monday through Friday on the day shift. You will assist in creating a patient and family-focused environment while coordinating with the healthcare team to deliver cost-effective, quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient throughput and workflow in the clinic
- Hold the healthcare team accountable to clinical and service standards
- Partner with the healthcare team for day-to-day execution of the organization's mission and strategic plan
- Act as a clinical resource for novice staff members and assist experienced staff with problem-solving for complex patient care situations
- Develop, implement, and evaluate systems that promote quality patient care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license
- One year of relevant nursing experience
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
