CHARGE NURSE LPN Licensed Practical Nurse/RN Registered Nurse Charge Nurse

The Springs of Avalon is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate openings. New graduates are welcome. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with 12-hour shifts and daily pay options.

Charge Nurse Responsibilities

As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Your duties will include:

• Supervise nursing activities and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer prescribed medications
• Record medical information and vital signs
• Assist patients with daily tasks while promoting independence and self-esteem
• Manage geriatric syndromes
• Educate family members in implementing best practices for older adults

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available
