Certified Nursing Assistant

Whispering Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support to residents in our facility, working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to improving quality of life in the long-term care setting.

Clinical Setting

This position is based at Whispering Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility, a long-term care environment serving residents who require ongoing medical support and assistance with activities of daily living.

Schedule

Full-time employment (32 hours or more per week) with the following shifts available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

All CNA positions require rotating weekend shifts.

Hiring Event

Whispering Pines will host an Open Interview Hiring Event on October 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, and same-day interviews will be conducted. If you are unable to attend on this date, you may contact the facility to arrange an alternate interview time.

Required Qualifications

• Unencumbered CNA Certification
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Comfort using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a long-term care environment
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software, particularly PointClickCare

• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
• E-Verify confirmation of US employment eligibility required
