The opportunity

Job Description

Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Oncology Progressive Care Unit at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full-time nights position working 36 hours per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM at the Downtown location (800 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207).

Clinical Setting

You will work in a fast-paced oncology progressive care unit, assisting Registered Nurses in providing patient care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient activities of daily living
Maintain a safe environment for patients
Collect lab specimens
Monitor intake and output
Document information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule

Full-time nights: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
36 hours per week

Compensation

Up to $750 sign-on bonus for full-time nights CNA positions
