Certified Nursing Assistant

The Loft Healthcare of Normal is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, assisting with activities of daily living and supporting their overall well-being.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment with safe, manageable nurse-to-patient ratios and a clean, well-supplied setting designed to support quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Observe, report, and document resident condition changes
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Support restorative nursing and mobility needs

Required Qualifications

• Active IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Schedule and Shifts

Flexible scheduling is available, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $19.00–$25.50 (based on years of experience through the CNA Pay-Scale Program)
