Certified Nursing Assistant

The Gardens at Country is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support to residents in a full-time position. You will work in a healthcare setting focused on delivering high-quality care and promoting resident comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital sign checks and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs according to individual care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including preparing and cleaning treatment areas
• Document patient care and vital signs in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
