Certified Nursing Assistant- Skilled Nursing Facility

Healthcare Center of Orange County is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for a skilled nursing facility serving seniors in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. This is a full-time position available for PM and NOC shifts, with part-time opportunities on all shifts.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a skilled nursing facility providing care to seniors transitioning to their golden years or requiring long-term care support. The center offers comprehensive clinical programs designed to reduce hospitalizations and help patients achieve their individual care plan goals, whether returning home or remaining for ongoing care.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment correctly and safely when performing patient and resident care
• Follow infection control techniques during all patient and resident care activities
• Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in patient and resident condition
• Prioritize patient and resident activities based on current care needs
• Maintain all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and company policy
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Wear safety equipment as required for the job and report any safety hazards or accidents to your supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Valid CNA license and current CPR certification, or proof that your license and certification will be completed or renewed soon
• Caring team player with a customer service-focused personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in skilled nursing

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated pay range for candidates working in California is $20.00 to $23.50 per hour. Offered pay to a successful candidate will depend on factors including years of experience in the role, years of experience in the healthcare industry, education, and other qualifications.
