Certified Nursing Assistant Sante of Chandler PRN

Santè is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a PRN position in Chandler. As a CNA, you will provide direct personal care to patients in their residences under the direction, instruction, and supervision of a registered nurse. You will work in a luxury healthcare setting known for state-of-the-art facilities, private rooms, and comprehensive amenities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Check on patients routinely to ensure personal care needs are being met according to their wishes and care plan
• Review care plans daily to identify any changes in the patient's daily care routine

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a luxury long-term care or skilled nursing facility with upscale amenities, private rooms, private bathrooms, chef-prepared meals, and world-class exercise and therapy equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA license certification prior to hiring
• Current CPR certification
• Current fingerprint clearance card

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of six months CNA/LNA experience
• Recent long-term care, skilled nursing facility, or transitional rehabilitation experience
