Job Description

Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Vancouver, Washington is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care to residents in a post-acute and rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time position that welcomes both experienced CNAs and new graduates.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a post-acute and rehabilitation facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential direct care to residents
  • Maintain accurate resident records
  • Deliver exceptional resident care

Schedule

Full-time position with rotating scheduling: 4 days on, 2 days off

Shifts available:

  • Days: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Evening: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Shift differentials are applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

  • Pay rate: $21.00 - $26.05 per hour (plus applicable shift differentials)
