Certified Nursing Assistant

Right at Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your availability, whether you're seeking a few extra hours, weekend work, or a consistent part-time schedule.

Clinical Setting

You will work in clients' homes, providing personalized support that helps them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Help with toileting and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide transportation, run errands, and assist with appointments
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition

Required Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare experience
• Lift and transfer experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: $15–$18 per hour
