Certified Nursing Assistant

ProStat Workforce is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for an ongoing evening assignment at an established retirement community in Lancaster County, PA. This position offers consistent 40-hour-per-week evening shifts over the next 3 months, with the opportunity to extend into a longer block in 2027.

Clinical Setting

You will provide direct resident care in a retirement community setting, supporting the evening shift operations and working closely with the nursing care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care on the evening shift
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and daily living needs
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support medication pass and care plans as directed by nursing
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings
• Dependable attendance for a consistent evening block

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care, personal care, or skilled nursing experience

Schedule

Evening shift hours with consistent weekly scheduling. Holiday and every-other-week scheduling options available. Opportunity to lock in a longer assignment block in 2027.

Compensation and Benefits
