Job Description
Baptist Medical Center South is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Progressive Care Unit on a full-time nights schedule. This role supports the nursing team in caring for patients with various healthcare needs in a progressive care setting.
Schedule
- Full-time nights position
- 36 hours per week
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Sign-on bonus of up to $750 available for full-time nights CNA
Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses with patient care
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain a safe environment for patients
- Collect lab specimens
- Monitor and record intake and output
- Document information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience required
