Certified Nursing Assistant

Perfect Care Match is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to patients in a home health setting. In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their health, and maintain a safe, clean environment while following established care plans and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
