Certified Nursing Assistant PM shift

Trustwell Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers to provide direct care support to senior residents in a community-based setting. This PM shift position focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) and environmental orientation
• Provide care according to individual resident service plans
• Encourage self-care and independence while building meaningful relationships with residents
• Maintain a home-like environment that supports resident dignity and privacy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification when required by state
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving role
• CPR/First Aid certification
