Certified Nursing Assistant

Patient Centered Services, LLC is recruiting experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents at Sitter & Barfoot Veterans Care Center in Richmond, Virginia. This is an agency staffing position offering flexible shift options with differential pay for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Clinical Setting

You will work at a veterans care center providing direct resident support in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning according to care plans
• Obtain and record vital signs as assigned
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety

Schedule

All shifts are available:

• Days: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Evenings: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
• Nights: 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Assignments depend on facility staffing needs. Hours are not guaranteed.

Compensation

• Weekday days and evenings: $19 per hour
• Weekday nights and weekends: $22.80 per hour
• Designated holidays: $28.50 per hour
• Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law

Required Qualifications

• At least six months of experience as a CNA
• Current, valid, unencumbered CNA certification authorizing practice in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Current negative PPD or chest X-ray documentation, as required by the facility
• Acceptable criminal background check
• Reliable transportation and availability to complete assigned shifts
