The opportunity

Job Description

Elite Home Health & Hospice is seeking certified nursing assistants to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes in the LCV area. This part-time, weekend position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while supporting them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients' homes
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
  • Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Required Qualifications

  • Active, state-licensed CNA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in home settings
  • Commitment to patient-focused care

Schedule

  • Part-time, weekends
