Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide Caregiver CNA HHA

Concierge Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide in-home care and support to senior clients throughout Florida. This is a contractor position with flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and 24-hour live-in roles. You can start as soon as this week.

Clinical Setting

You will work in clients' homes, providing personalized care that enables seniors to maintain independence and quality of life in their own environments.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
• Perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and medical appointments

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to work; a valid driver's license is preferred
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed
• Subject to Florida Level 2 background screening as required by law

Preferred Qualifications

• Alzheimer's or dementia care experience

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions available. You make your own schedule as a contractor.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $17.00 to $21.00
• Live-in rates: $170 to $215 per day
• Pay rates are client-directed and vary based on location, level of care, and client needs
