Certified Nursing Assistant - NOC Shift

Dove Healthcare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for night shift (NOC) positions at our West Eau Claire skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. As a CNA, you will provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, assisting with activities of daily living while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Clinical Setting

Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across Wisconsin, providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for residents
• Make a meaningful difference in residents' lives through compassionate care

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time openings available on NOC (night) shift
• Holiday rotation included
• Casual employees must commit to working 16 weekend hours every month and 1 holiday per year

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
• Individuals who have successfully completed a 75-hour training program and are waiting to complete the state exam are encouraged to apply
