The opportunity
Job Description
Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Medical/Surgical unit at Baptist Jacksonville's Downtown Main Building. This is a full-time position working the night shift, where you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist RNs in the care of patients with healthcare needs
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain a safe patient environment
- Collect lab specimens
- Monitor intake and output
- Document information in the electronic medical record
