Job Description

Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Medical/Surgical Unit at Baptist South. This is a full-time position working days from 7am to 7pm, located at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida. You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living
Maintain a safe environment for patients
Collect lab specimens
Monitor and record intake and output
Document information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Compensation

Up to $500 sign-on bonus for full-time days CNA positions
