Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. You will work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to support residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Provide care with dignity, patience, and respect
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support residents' comfort, safety, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate communication with nurses and team members
• Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection control practices

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (preferred or required as applicable)
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing quality care

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care experience

Schedule and Employment

Full-time and part-time positions are available with various shifts. Shift differentials may apply.
