Certified Nursing Assistant

Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care support to residents in our skilled nursing facility. As a CNA, you will be an essential member of our care team, working under the direction of clinical leadership to support residents' daily needs and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with your ability to perform assigned work
• Maintain confidentiality of all protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification for the state of Florida
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
