The opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor (RN) to lead our CNA training program in New Jersey. This is an 8-week instructional role focused on training the next generation of certified nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CNA training classes twice per week
- Provide 16 hours of instruction per week
- Oversee the complete 8-week training program
Schedule
- Twice weekly classes
- 16 hours per week
- Program duration: Mid-July to Mid-August
- Full commitment to the 8-week program required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC)
- State-accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor certification
- Strong communication and instructional skills
