Join CarePartners Health Services Home Health Brevard as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT). You will work as a vital member of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on patient care in home health settings. You'll help create a safe, welcoming environment for patients while assisting with daily needs and supporting care plan implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery
- Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
- Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
- Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness
- Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality
- Monitor patient conditions and assist RNs in carrying out care plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver License
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
No prior experience is required for this position.
