Certified Nursing Assistant

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to Veterans in our residential setting. In this role, you will support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or certification in accordance with state regulations
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residents
