Job Description
Helping Hands is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care and support to clients in our Overland Park, KS facility. In this role, you will work as part of a care team to help clients maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life through direct assistance and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs and overall health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of every client
