Certified Nursing Assistant (Full Time- Days)

Covenant Living, the nation's sixth-largest nonprofit senior living provider, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. In this full-time, day-shift position, you will work under the supervision of a nurse manager and licensed nurses to support the daily needs of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transportation/transfer assistance
• Maintain resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner through light housekeeping, changing linens, making beds, organizing clothing and personal effects, and cleaning bathrooms
• Assist with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and properly stored
• Notify supervisors of clothing needs as they arise
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving meals, and provide feeding assistance as needed
• May be cross-trained in assisted living

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in your state
• Current listing on your state's Health Nursing Assistant Registry

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $19.13 - $25.43 per hour
