Certified Nursing Assistant - FT - 1st and 2nd shifts

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents in our community. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of functioning
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Encourage independence while promoting safety and well-being
• Deliver person-centered care in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and state and federal regulations
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification
• Successful completion of a state-approved C.N.A. program
• Up-to-date required in-services and certifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with Department of Labor regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties

Schedule

• Full-time position available on 1st and 2nd shifts
