Certified Nursing Assistant

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a home health setting. You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting overall well-being. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Support patient mobility by assisting with lifting and transferring as needed
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, and progress to report to supervisor or case manager
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
• Enhance quality of life by engaging patients in conversation, activities, and mental stimulation

Schedule

• Part-time, Monday through Friday
• 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Required Qualifications

• Florida State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75-hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
