Certified Nursing Assistant (Day/Evening/Night Shift)

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting. You will work under the supervision of licensed nurses, delivering personal care and support to patients during their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on personal care, treatment, and hygiene
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, including vital signs, behavioral changes, and concerns
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients using proper techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
