Certified Nursing Assistant (Crosslands)

This position offers the opportunity to provide direct resident care in a long-term care community setting. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work in a team environment delivering personalized care to residents, contributing to care planning through observations and specific information about resident needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, and oral hygiene
• Help with feeding, transferring, and ambulation
• Perform range of motion exercises
• Support resident communication needs
• Attend to other resident care needs as required
• Maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity
• Interact with warmth to promote a caring environment

Clinical Setting

The community is located on 500 acres near West Chester, PA, Wilmington, DE, and Maryland, adjacent to Longwood Gardens. The setting provides a long-term care environment where staff build ongoing relationships with residents over extended periods.

Schedule

All shifts are available:

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pennsylvania-approved Nursing Assistant Certification

Compensation and Benefits
