Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA

Diversicare of Council Grove is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional daily care to patients and residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. You will work as part of a dedicated healthcare team to deliver safe, compassionate bedside care while building strong relationships with patients, residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe bedside care and assistance with integrity and compassion
• Communicate effectively with patients, residents, and nursing team members to ensure confidence and consistent care
• Work collaboratively as a team member to support excellent daily care delivery
• Advocate for quality care and quality of life for the patients and residents served
• Build serving relationships with patients, residents, family members, and other team members

Required Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
• Verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and accurately report

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care experience
