Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Weekends

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team for weekend shifts at our 240-bed skilled nursing facility in Hammonton, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to provide direct resident care in a warm, nurturing environment committed to maintaining each resident's dignity and independence.

Clinical Setting

Hammonton Center is a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility serving a diverse resident population. Our size enables personalized care while maintaining high standards of quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Provide personal hygiene care, including bed baths and shaving
• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
• Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
• Make beds and maintain residents' spaces in a clean and tidy condition
• Transport residents within the facility
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current State Certification
• Good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work as a team member

Schedule

• Weekend shifts
• All shifts available
• Flexible scheduling available for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem status
