Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Weekend Option

Arbor Grove Village, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care and support to residents in a senior living community. CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where resident well-being is prioritized. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and help create a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

Schedule

• Day and night shifts with weekend options available
• Full-time and part-time positions

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents
• Support resident mobility and physical care needs
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Maintain a respectful and positive work environment
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) in all interactions with residents, families, and staff

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
• Physical stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
